£33,509- £40,020 per annum depending upon experience, qualifications and suitability.
Based across the St Albans and Welwyn Garden City Campus
Oaklands College delivers a range of HE programmes in partnership with the University of Hertfordshire. We are currently looking to appoint an experienced HE Programme Manager for the Business department. The role will involve coordination & management of the Foundation Degree Business programmes. You will ensure that students receive a high-quality learning experience. You will be expected to also teach on a range of modules drawing on your subject expertise. Excellent organisational skills and an ability to liaise effectively with others is essential.
You will join a fantastic team who are committed to creating an inspiring and will take an active role in the quality and curriculum design, ensuring students receive an outstanding learner experience.
We are keen to hear from individuals with a diverse range of experience. As well as wanting to hear from qualified teachers who already deliver Level 2, 3 and level 4 Business Courses, we are also interested in hearing from individuals who hold a Level 5 Award in Education and Training and have experience of planning, developing and teaching L4 & L5 courses.
The successful candidate would need to have the following experience or knowledge in these key areas.
- HR
- Economics/Finance for Business
- Methods & systems
- Product Innovation
- Business Law
- Marketing and Accounting
