About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Finance to lead the financial planning and resource management of West London College. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will provide visionary leadership for finance, procurement, and capital projects.

This pivotal role ensures the College’s financial viability and statutory compliance while enabling innovation, growth, and value for money. You will drive the financial strategy, oversee capital projects, manage external funding relationships, and lead a high-performing Finance Team.
