About the role:
We are looking for a Student Recruitment and Admissions Manager to oversee the applicant experience, from initial touchpoint with the college through to enrolment. Working with the Marketing and MIS teams, the ideal candidate will be passionate about offering outstanding customer service and experienced in admissions, enrolment and IAG (information, advice and guidance).
Managing the Student Recruitment and Admissions team, you will oversee the handling and resolving of queries from potential students across a multitude of platforms, ensuring they are equipped to make an informed decision about studying at college. You will also lead on in-year enrolment, compliance and have a solid understanding of further education funding regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising and delivering a wide range of administrative tasks and leading a team of staff, managing a high workload, meeting multiple deadlines, and working effectively under pressure.
You will be supported by the Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment, ensuring a joined-up approach in reaching potential students to ensure they have a sublime customer experience. The department is busy and buzzing, and this role is essential in helping to ensure the college meets its recruitment targets.
