About the role:

We are searching for a Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join its Care, Sports and Protective Services Department. The appointed candidate will be an exceptional lecturer with a successful track record of consistently delivering high-quality teaching and learning up to Level 4 to Health and Social Care Students.

You will predominantly be teaching our NCFE T-level courses in Health Care and BTEC courses in Health and Social care . Applicants who specialise in Adult Nursing, Midwifery, T-levels, Health and Social Care and Biology are encouraged to apply.

As a lecturer you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our learners and providing them with an outstanding experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development within the department and be actively involved in the recruitment, interviewing, selection and counselling of students.

You will have a track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning whilst possessing up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery, as this is essential in inspiring and engaging our learners throughout their time with West London College.

Our learners are at the heart of our College and so to motivate and support our learners, having a passion for delivering student success and having the ability to use inspiring teaching methods and produce engaging teaching materials is essential.
