Contract: Permanent - Full time (36 hours)

Salary: £48,078 - £52,136

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and driven Deputy Head of Foundation and Business to support the department’s growth and quality goals. The successful candidate will have a passion for inclusive education, especially within foundation learning, and be well-versed in business and enterprise education.

You’ll lead on curriculum development that supports both personal progression and career-readiness for learners with diverse needs. You’ll also support staff in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences while contributing to departmental improvement strategies.
