The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Admin Assistant to join our Administration department at Hammersmith campus.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant who can provide efficient day-to-day support to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage schedules, correspondence, and administrative tasks effectively.
We value someone who is dependable, professional, and able to work independently and in a team, while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative work.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments efficiently to support team productivity.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Work independently while also contributing positively as part of a collaborative team.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive working relationships with internal and external contacts.
